Internet access
Free internet service with reduced speed (40/20 Mbps): WLAN "Free_Olma_Messen". This service is offered by Congress Events St.Gallen and is particularly suitable for briefly retrieving information from the internet and for simple e-mail correspondence.
Food
Catering during coffee and lunch breaks and the industry Welcome Cocktail will be provided in the exhibition area. All catering in the exhibition area is included in the conference registration.
Language
The official language of the conference is English. Presentations can be held in English, German or French. However, Power Point slides of all presentations should be written in English.
Registration Desk
The registration desk is located in the entrance area, opens one hour before the programm starts and is open during congress hours. Payment for on-site registration is possible with credit card only.

The request for payment by credit card will be done directly by the system. A confirmation/invoice will be automatically sent to the registered e-mail address.
Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be electronically mailed. Refund of registration fee will be as mentionned below. Cancellations received:
- received up and including 31 July 2022: 50%
- received after July 31 2022: no refund will be made
- Registration with no-show will be invoiced
